The HAAA Financial Aid Scholarship
HAAA is working closely with Harvard University on two programs that mutually reinforce each other in order to address the historically under-representation of Arabs and to heighten the visibility of the Arab world at Harvard. These programs are as follows: Project Harvard Admissions is an initiative that takes students and alumni of Harvard College to high schools and universities in Arab countries with the goal of demystifying the Harvard application process and the whole Harvard experience.
The goal of the Harvard Arab American Association (HAAA) Scholarship Fund is to raise ten million dollars in order to provide financial assistance to deserving students from the Arab world who have been accepted to one of Harvard’s educational institutions.
Scholarship awarded by the President of Boston University
Students who are beginning their first year at the university and have demonstrated academic excellence are eligible for the Presidential Scholarship, which is awarded annually by the Board of Admissions.
In addition to being among the most academically talented students at their respective schools, students who are awarded the Presidential Scholarship also excel outside of the classroom and take on leadership roles in both their schools and their communities.

Scholarships offered by Berea College
Berea College offers full financial support to each and every one of its overseas students for the first year that they are enrolled there. The total cost of tuition, room and board, and fees can be partially covered by the combination of financial help and scholarships.

The Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship was established back in the year 2006. It is hoped that this will lead to an acceleration in the growth of educational opportunities available to international students in Shanghai, as well as an increase in the number of excellent international students and academics who enroll at ECNU.

Selected scholars in the ICSP program are eligible to receive grants that exclude their tuition for a number of non-resident academic credits every term ranging from 0 to 15.
Each semester, the award amount for the scholarship will remain the same. Students in the ICSP commit to completing the program’s annual obligatory requirement of 80 hours of cultural service.
Participating in foreign events on campus and giving talks or giving demonstrations about the history and culture of the student’s home country to local schools or community organizations are also examples of cultural service that students can provide.
The School of Business and Economics (SBE) at Maastricht University awards one full scholarship each year to an outstanding student attending an international school who is interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and economics at Maastricht University.
The amount of the scholarship for non-EU/EEA students is 11,500 for the duration of the bachelor’s program. However, there is an express condition that the scholarship is only awarded to students who fulfill all study requirements within the time frame specified, maintain an overall GPA that is at least 75% each year, and assist, on average, 4 hours per month in student recruitment activities.
