How to turn off Google 2-step Verification
On your Android phone or tablet, open your device’s Settings app
Go to Google Manage your Google Account.
At the top, tap Security.
Under “Signing in to Google,” tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in.
Tap Turn off.
Confirm by tapping Turn off.
Step 1: Go to Settings and tap on Google.
Step 2: Tap on Manage your account.
Step 6: Enter your Google password to log in.
Step 7: Tap on Turn off just beside 2-Step authentication.
How To Revoke app passwords you no longer use
- On your Android phone or tablet, open your device’s Settings app Google Manage your Google Account.
- At the top, tap Security.
- Under “Signing in to Google,” tap App passwords. You might need to sign in.
- Next to an app or device, tap Remove .
NOTE:The next time you sign in to the app or device, you’ll be asked to enter your Google Account username and password. If an app doesn’t ask right away, it might take longer to recognize that its app password has been revoked.
